SHIPPING POLICY

 1. General Information

We reassure you that we are taking all the necessary measures in the preparation and shipping of your orders. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order through the original method of payment. 

 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered in our website are available for shipping to addresses in the UAE and across the globe.

 

3. Delivery Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders within UAE. For purchases outside this area, kindly allow 5-10 business days for your orders to be completed.

Business days mean Mondays to Fridays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Our team shall contact you for any changes or updates in delivery time. 

For flower set orders, same day delivery is applicable. Please contact us regarding delivery schedule.

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the Cart page before Check Out.

 

5. Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary delivery to UAE for orders of AED1000 and above. For orders below this value, a charge of AED25 (plus vat) shall be added to your cart.

 

For orders to Saudi Arabia, shipping starts at AED250. Please note, additional customs duty charges implied by the government of KSA shall be paid by the customer upon delivery of the order. In some cases, we may also need to ship your order into multiple packages due to certain restrictions pertaining to perfumed goods. You shall be informed accordingly if this applies.

 

For all other locations, you may check the actual shipping cost on the cart section once you select the corresponding country for delivery. For any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

 

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging or to the item itself, please contact us immediately.

RETURN POLICY

You can return any product purchased via the Website in accordance with the terms of this policy:

1) This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Website; we are unable to process returns for purchases made in-store.

 

2) You may return any unused and unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 7 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping. Due to health reasons, we do not accept returns for items that has been opened and consumed.

 

3) Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error or if the product you receive is defective or damaged.

4) All returned products are subject to verification. We are unable to process your refund until we receive the product back. Please ensure that all items being returned are complete, unopened, with original packaging, and are securely sent. Returns that do not meet the above criteria may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

 

5) Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within five to seven business days of receipt.

Please Note: If your online order arrived damaged or defective, please bypass the instructions above and contact us (within 7 business days).
